1. The application form (coloured ) 
2. Admission letter
3. Result(s) eg.waec,neco
4. Birth certificate,marriage Affidavit,change of name affidavit,and any kind of Affidavit
5. Bank teller slip
6. you make photocopies of all your up listed document in three set and file them separately to be submitted to your Faculty Consellor at your study centre after that you will be redirect to ICT office for your clearance code and your matric number...
7. Then you are good to go...yipee...Success..                                                                                       NOTE: YOU HAVE TO ARRANGE YOUR DOCUMENTS AS LISTED ABOVE.
